Step 1: Amending Your Booking
Once you book one of our lesson packages or intensive courses, you have up to 48 hours before your scheduled session begins to amend your booking. See how our professional instruction works for you, paying close attention to your progress and confidence behind the wheel.
Step 2: Cancelling Individual Lessons
If for any reason you are unable to attend your driving lesson, you may contact us at least 48 hours before your lesson to cancel and claim a full refund for the value of that specific session.You may refuse cookies by activating the setting on your browser; however, this may prevent access to certain parts of our website. Unless you have adjusted these settings, our system will issue cookies when you log on.
Step 3: Bulk Hours and Package Refunds
If you have purchased a bulk lesson package (for example, a 10-hour block) and decide to discontinue your lessons before completing the full package, you are entitled to a refund for your remaining unused hours. However, please note that a £30 administrative fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. This fee accounts for the cancellation of the bulk discount applied to your original purchase, ensuring that the lessons you have already completed do not default to a discounted rate.
